Day 1: All raw foods such as: raw vegetable roll with sprouted seed pates, green

vegetable salad with hemp seeds, sprouted almonds and dehydrated crackers.

Day 2, 3, 4: Freshly juiced green vegetables including cucumber, celery, kale, fennel

sprouts and vegetables. Raw green blended soup with pure coconut water, super

green powder, raw vegetables, Himalayan salt, lemon, maca powder. Detox broth

with burdock root, ray yams and flax seed.

Day 5: Break the Cleanse Day with super organic foods, such as raw green apple

sauce, quinoa porridge, large green vegetable salds.
