Eileen Dunn, Owner of "Done To Your Taste Catering" and "Done To Your Health", has been a Summit County resident for 25 years. She started her career in hospitatlity industry at the Five-Star Stanford Court Hotel in San Francisco under James Nassikas (80's "Hotelier of the World"), then moved on to management at the prestigious 5-Diamond, 5-Star Stein Eriksen Lodge Resort and in culinary at the award winning, world renowned Deer Valley Resort.

Ms. Dunn has owned a successful catering business for the past 15 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Park City Restaurant Association for 8 years and has acted as Chair for the past 3. She is on the Summit County Restaurant Tax Advisory Council and is currently serving her second term on the Board of Directors for the Park City Chamber of Commmerce.
